Where Enterprise Integration Meets AI

I’ve spent most of my career in the middle of complex systems, helping them make sense together. Whether it was ERP, eCommerce, procurement, or customer platforms, my work has always been about connecting the pieces so that data, teams, and processes flow the way they should. I’ve led projects, guided teams, and worked closely with customers and partners, but what I’ve always enjoyed most is figuring out how things actually work behind the scenes and making them better.

Over the years, I became really interested in the patterns behind the work how information moves, where friction shows up, and how better design can remove it. That curiosity naturally led me to start experimenting with AI tools in my everyday workflow. What began as a way to speed up documentation and analysis turned into a new way of thinking about how systems, processes, and people interact.

Now, I’m intentionally building on that interest by creating small AI-driven projects and prototypes that sit on top of the kinds of systems I’ve worked with for decades. I’m not shifting away from my background in integrations and product delivery; I’m expanding it. I’m learning how AI can make those same workflows smarter, faster, and more intuitive for the people using them.

I enjoy solving messy problems, bringing clarity to complex work, and building things that are both practical and scalable. This next chapter for me is about blending everything I’ve learned over the years with new tools and ideas that can make business systems work even better.
